you're not aloneee

One of the most important thing that you should know is that you're not the only one who is dealing with a  severe acne, you're not the only one fighting with depression and a low self esteem. You shouldn't be ashamed about the way you feel because is kinda normal :)

During the years when I had acne, I was very shy and as the time passed by, I became more and more discouraged when I saw that my acne isn't going away.

Many friends tried to make me feel better, tried to encourage me...but I always refused to talk about how acne makes me feel... I felt so embarrassed . Even today I feel the same and I avoid conversation on this topic and I don't have acne anymore.

I barely remembered myself without acne; there were many times when I was sad, when I cried a lot.
The pimples really ruined many mornings and influenced the way I act at school or when I was out with my friends.

I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one with this behavior.

I was so focused on my pain and on my  "little monster" status...but  i couldn't see the reality...maybe a part of my behavior was normal... maybe a part of my pain was driven by my imagination...

You should remember that there are persons that can understand you and the way you act.

Try to talk to someone about what you feel..it  will help you organize your thoughts, realize what is true and what is your imagination...I'm sure that things aren't that bad :) You're a "little monster" in a Lady Gaga way !

Kisses
